Spring is just around the corner, and with it comes the joy of Easter – a time for hope, renewal, and of course, chocolate! For the past two years, Teams4U has been overwhelmed by your incredible generosity in supporting our Easter Egg Appeal for children in Ukraine. Your kindness brought smiles and moments of happiness to children facing unimaginable challenges.
And so, we’re thrilled to announce that our 2025 Easter Egg Appeal is officially underway!
Following the continued conflict, the need for support in Ukraine remains critical. Children are still living through incredibly difficult circumstances, and a simple Easter egg can bring a moment of much-needed joy and a reminder that they are not forgotten.
Building on Success, Adapting for Impact
Your support over the past two years has been phenomenal. We’ve seen firsthand the difference a small gesture can make. This year, we’re taking a slightly different approach to maximize your impact.
This year, we’re encouraging monetary donations as well as physical gifts.
Why?
- Reduced Shipping Costs: Shipping large quantities of Easter eggs across Europe is expensive. By donating money, we can significantly reduce these costs, ensuring more of your contribution goes directly to the children.
- Local Purchasing: We will use your monetary donations to purchase Easter gifts directly in Ukraine. This supports the local economy and ensures we can source items that are readily available and culturally appropriate.
- Increased Efficiency: Purchasing in Ukraine allows us to be more flexible and responsive to the specific needs of the children we are supporting.
