Q : Where can I sign up to receive newsletters?

A : At the bottom of the Homepage there is a box where you can submit your email address and we will add you to our email list.

Q : Can I volunteer to help in your shoebox appeal?

A : Yes. Look at our Regional Coordinator page to find your nearest contact. If you can’t find anyone local t you please contact head office.

Q : Can I travel abroad on one of your projects?

A : Provided you are medically fit then fill in an online enquiry form and we will start the ball rolling. At the moment though all overseas travel for teams is suspended due to the pandemic.

Q : Can I leave a legacy in my will to Teams4u?

A : Yes please click here

Q : When making a donation can I specify which project I would like to support?

A : Yes. On the donation page once you have specified the amount there is a drop down menu where you can choose where your donation is to be used. However if you can’t decide then choose General Donation and we will use it where most needed.

Q : Can I support your Develop with Dignity project in Sierra Leone or Uganda? And if so how do I do that?

A : Yes you can support our Develop with Dignity project through a one off or regular monthly donation. Click here.

Q : How to you ensure donations are spent wisely in other countries?

A : In each country we have a dedicated partner who we know well and have worked with for many years. To read about them click here.

Q : How have you coped in the past year with the pandemic?

A : Through our dedicated teams of volunteers and supporters we have still managed to deliver on our overseas projects. Regrettably though teams travel is not currently possible. 

Q : Where can I order Teams4u banded clothing?

A : There are several items of Teams4u clothing that can be ordered here.

Q : Where can I see what team trips are available?

A : The team trip calendar is available here. However at the moment there are no trips planned due to the pandemic. If you would like to register an interest in a team trip in the future then please email simon.cooke@teams4u.com.

Q : I am having trouble donating can I speak to someone to make a payment?

A : Yes please call the office (01978 310110) during normal opening hours and we can take a card payment over the phone. Visit the contact page for more details.
