Join a Community Team and get involved with our Vocational Skills Centre in Freetown, whilst helping in local schools. Our draft itinerary is as follows:

  • 10th Oct – Travel
  • 11th Oct – Morning orientation around Yams Farm Community and visit T4U funded Vocational Skills Centre. Start customer care training with 33 students enrolled in skills centre. Afternoon rest/visit to beach.
  • 12th Oct – Morning: Literacy, Numeracy and EFL training with the college students
  •                 Afternoon: Dignity & Hygiene programme with a local senior school
  • 13th Oct – same itinerary as 12th with visit to a different senior school in the afternoon
  • 14th Oct – Visit to Bunce Island (once the largest slave trading post in West Africa)
  • 15th Oct – Visit to local church, then refreshments at our partner’s house, followed by beach
  • 16th Oct – Visit to Junior school in the morning then Senior School 3 in the afternoon
  • 17th Oct – same itinerary as 16th
  • 18th Oct – Travel
